H1 Extension with approved 140

Hi ,

I have an approved 140 and i am in 6th year H1 and i need to renew my H1 soon..

I got a FT job with a good company and they are in process of applying LCA and subsequently applying my H1 in premium using approved 140 with my current employer

My question is can my desi employer also request H1 extension parallelly ? would it be an issue?

No issues. Multiple employers can file H1.

No problems, but you can work for only 1 at a time unless petitions are for concurrent employment.
