H1B Visa Extension not Approved

Hello Friends,

I have to go for an extension to my H1B visa by end of June this year. I have 140 approval.

My concern is...If at all my extension is not approved with my current employer because of new H1 memo (employee - employer relationship). What is the possibility of my Visa getting transferred to a different employer? My vendor company is asking me to join as a full time employee. Now, I am in critical situation whether to accept the new offer or take a risk of trying extension with my current employer itself. Please advice.

Negotiate with the vendor for a much better pay and process GC. If they agree, then its a good idea to join them as fulltime.
