My H1 visa is expiring on August,2019.
My Wife's he is also expiring on same date. I have travelled to US and my wife is still India. I am planing for her travel in June 2019. My h1 extension is being filed by my company. Can i apply for the extension along with mine, in that case can my wife enter US when extension is in progress but Visa valid till 13thAug, 2019. Kindly give your suggestions.
