H1B pending from company A and in the mean time work for company B

Hi All,

Currently I'm still on F1 (will graduate in Dec 2019) and company A is sponsoring me for H1B. I was picked up in the lottery and my case is still pending.

While my H1B is pending, can I do the following:
1. Can I work on CPT for company A during summer? and keep working for the company until H1B is approved in October?

2. same question, but can I work on CPT for different company B in the summer? When H1B is approved in October I will go back to work for company A.
