Today our attorney forwarded the USCIS notice for biometrics appointment for my wife's h-4 extension, and the location is given ASC Dallas. We live in Santa Clara, CA. I thought USCIS typically choose a ASC close to the applicant's home address. Is there any reason why she was given the appointment as ASC Dallas?
Can she reschedule it to ASC San Jose? Does she have to explicitly reschedule, or can she just go to ASC San Jose in the specified appointment date and time?
