Hi,
I am in a tricky situation , your help and pas experience inputs will be appreciated.
I got my daughter to USA on H4 visa and she was with us till 2009 november, she went back to india along with her grand parents in nov 2009. I had applied for her H4 extension while she was here in US and it is approved.
My questions:
1. Due to business reasons me and my wife can not travel to india and we are planning to get H4 stamping for my daughter who is 3 year old.
1a. Can my parents i.e. my parents take her to consulate for H4 stamping with out both parents in india.
1b. Can her re-stamping can be done via courier.
2. Is there any other option to get the H4 re-stamping.
