My H1B is valid till 2020 and stamped on my old passport, my I94 expired in Jan 2019 , as i was not aware , when i noticed when my employer was filing amendment . I exited to IND on May 8 2019. but i had overstay of 117days.
Now am in IND , my employer started the process of Amendment . I have few questions
1)how much time it take to process ,
2)does it require stamping
3)what are my options of me returning back to USA
4)does my overstay of 117 days will affect amendment apr
