    H1 CAP Exemption

    Hi,

    My Visa got raised in 2010 and got expired in 2103. In between I had one extension from 2011 to 2013.

    I actually stayed 12 months in USA and after that never traveled.

    Now my query is , am I eligible for H1B CAP exemption now(2019)? Can I apply extension?

    Thanks in Advance .. please answer...
