H1B Transfer and validity
Hi
My H1b application is selected in lottery for 2020 and approved but now i have left the organization and started working with new employer as a contractor. My old organization will notify USCIS about my termination.
Should I transfer my approved H1B as my own or my new employer can able to do it even though I am working as a contractor?
If above both the cases are invalid then what is the validity of my H1b?
