    Dear Sir/Madam,

    Currently, I am holding H-4 visa. But I am going to take a job as office worker at the church in philadephia. i need to know what kind of visa i have to transfer and if possible, can i apply for green card as well? please i do need the informaiton. thank you.

    Yoou could try H1 visa https://www.immihelp.com/usa-h1-visa/
    But I am not sure whether that kind of job would be eligible for H1 visa.

      I think you can apply for H1B visa for Non Profit entities which are exempt from quota. I believe, church comes Non profit entity/organisation.
