hi all,
my h1 got expired in 2010. and right now I am in india.
How can i apply for H1 visa now. Do I have to go through same process again?
Or I will be exempted from lottery?
Also do I need original petition?
as my employer will not provide me petition if I leave his company and try to file my H1 from some other company....
