Hello Guys,
I have a question and it will be very helpful if someone can answer.
My wife is in India currently and she has unexpired H4 visa from my previous employer, My H1 transfer to the new employer got approved recently but I have not received the approval notice yet , So my question is, Can my wife travel back to USA with unexpired H4 visa but without my new H1 approval notice?
Please note that the previous employer has revoked the old H1 petition due to resignation.
