h1 tranfer denial

hi

my case is as follows:

i used to have h1b with company A.
on dec 9th 2009 applied for the h1b transfer with company B.
company A has cancelled h1b in jan 2010
on march 9th I came to know that h1b transfer has been deniad.
Still B employer didn't recieved the papers hopefully he will recieve the papers on 14 th march

Now I have applied for new LCA with company c
once if they got LCA approval they will file a new h1b transfer.

So am i in a valid status or not?
If I am not in a valid status how many days can i stay in usa?

Please help me on this.

From the day your H1 transfer is denied, you'll be out of status.
No grace period. You have to leave ASAP.

I got my H1 with the comp C. I got approval with I94 in Apr. We applied with premium process, got a query on employee-employer relation, replied and got approval.
