Hi, I am working with A and I have h1 transfer in RFE with employer B. Meanwhile I got offer from C and h1 transfer with C is approved.
I want to join B but also dont want to loose offer from C in case B h1 transfer gets denied after RFE response.
My question is
1) if I join C now as its h1 transfer is approved , can I join B after h1 transfer with B is approved?
2) if I join C now as its h1 transfer is approved , h1 transfer from A to B which is in RFE state now is invalid ?
