I am employed with company A and have a valid visa till 2021. I have another transfer petition pending with USCIS in premium but I am still working with company A. I need to travel to India for a family emergency for 8-10 days. Will I be able to re-enter US with current Visa stamp (with company A)? I have flexibility with company B and can join them after my return.
