Hi All
I have a valid H1 B visa stamped in Apr,2019 and it's valid till 2021 for one the client but now there is no project/ assignment. So My Employer had find another client and we have filled an amendment for the same.
My current situation is this, that My family members doesn't have a valid visa stamped and they are planning to go for visa stamping in the month of August, 2019. and I am planning to travel to US in the month of July with Amendment Receipt and old visa stamped.
Now my question is that,
1) Can My family go for visa stamping when I am in US and Amendment is in process and not approved?
2) Will they face any problem in their visa stamping?
3) what all documents that they need to carry at the time of visa stamping?
4) Let's assume, they went for visa stamping and visa got approved, will they travel to US when my amendment is in process? Will they face any problem during POE ? What all documents they need to carry for smooth Port of entry?
