Query on H1B Extension and H4 Bio Metrics Process
Hello
I'm on H1-B and my current visa is expiring on 08/30/2019 and my employer has already initiated the H1B extension process.
My dependents are currently in India and both of them have stamped visa based on my previous approval notice expired on 02/28/2019.
I have a plan to bring them to US towards end of September this year, after my current extension is approved.
In this scenario, do they have to go thru the newly introduced bio-metrics process?
Or can they avail the drop box facility as they did last time?
Can you please review and share your thoughts.
