Filing I-140 while still on F1 STEM OPT but H1-B approved (not stamped yet)

Hi

I am on F1 STEM OPT, got H1B approved but not stamped yet. If I-140 is filed before I get my H1-B stamped, will there be issues during stamping and in any stage of GC processing ? Will this raise future questions from USCIS ? I understand that I cannot enter US on F1 after I-140 is filed -- that has to be on H1-B only.
