H1B Visa transfer and extension

Hi,

Currently am working with Employer A and my VISA valid till 15th Nov 2019. I have not applied any extension till date
Now i have the offer from Employer B, planning to apply transfer from employer B. Will it take care of visa Extension also?
Or do i need to apply separately for VISA extension?
