I am in a situation that My H1B visa is going to expire on Aug 11, 2019, and my current employer, Company A, is filing the extension in regular processing in a week time and in the meantime, I got an offer in Company B and they are filing H1B transfer in 4 days which we will get the result before my I94 expiration. I hope employer B will file before my current employer. I would like to know that, is my scenario falling under the category of Bridge petitions? Do we have any risk of filing both petitions in the above case? It would be a great help if you could share some advice. Thanks.
