Need info regarding H1 B stamping in Mumbai

Hi,

I have got my H1B approved in Oct 2009 thru a consulting firm. Now I want to go for stamping to Mumbai. Does anybody having any idea as whether this is a good time to go for stamping or should I wait because there are some new policies added regarding H1B visa regulations? Plz let me know if anyone has any idea abt it.
