Name change in passport and not in H4 visa

My wife is in india now and has her lastname changed in passport to reflect my surname. But all other documents such as H4 visa, driver license, TIN are still carry old name.
Should she again go for visa stamping (with new name) or can she visit US with existing VISA (having old name) ?

Her new passport mentions her old passport number and old passport has stamped visa & old name.
