Travel on H1B Amendment Processing
Hi All,
I have a valid Visa which will expire on September 2021. My employer has filed an amendment for location and end client change. I have got the amendment receipt. Is it safe to travel to India and come back while the amendment is still in processing stage? Could you please provide your thoughts on this?
