Hi, I need to travel to India on a medical emergency, I have my H1b valid until 17Nov2019 but do not have a valid Visa to re-enter.
petition for an extension has been filed on 17JUN CA center and requested our HR to initiate premium processing.
I'm a Fulltime employee. assuming that my petition will be approved in 15 working days, can travel to India safely and come back stamped with all required documents mailed to an Indian address.
what is the risk associated with this? Any help much appreciated.
