can i go back to employer A after working for employer B for a week?

I joined employer B recently and got laid off after a week. Can i go back to employer A if h1b is not withdrawn?

Employer-B: H1b transfer is approved. Got a paycheck for week.

Employer-A: H1b petition not withdrawn and still has an expiry date until 09/2020. Employer agreed to come back and join.

Please suggest what would be the right move in this difficult situation. Any help is appreciated. thanks!
