Hello,
I-797's top portion has validity of one year and I-94 has 3 years validity. My attorney says that its valid for 3 years but i am not 100% sure that it is. we raise the concern to USCIS with it but USCIS is not providing any feedback on the case.
Does anyone has same kind of experience with I797A where validity is different from top and bottom? I know that recently USCIS puts I-94 validity 15 days more than top period but in my case difference is 2 years.
