Hi,
I visited India last year Dec 2018 and I had H1B visa stamping. They gave me 221G blue slip and asked to wait. I waited in India for more than 2 months and I didn't hear back anything from them. My husband came back to US, his H1B was approved. I had to come back to US, so I came in H4 and applied for EAD on March 18th,2019. My EAD center is Texas. Its been more than 4 months now and the status is still 'Case received'.
I wanted to know if my H1 221G will affect H4 EAD processing since they might have my history of applications.
Can you please let me know?
