DS-160 previous travel question for change of status to H1B

Hi! I have an approved change of status from F1 to H1B and am applying for visa stamping. For the question on previous travel to the US on my DS-160, should I just mention the dates my current visa is valid, or should I mention every time I have left and returned to the US (all under the same F1 visa) in the last 5 years? Thank you!
