Hi,
Presently my H1 is with Company A,I got my I140 approved from employer B.
Now I am in situation that the client where I am working is asking me for full time.My six years term is ending by March 2011.If I Join any other company(NOT B) with approved I140 can I get 3 years H1 or Not.
