Name Change

Am immidiate reply would be very much appriciated.
I am on H1B and my wife is on H4. My wife's H4 was with previous passport and with maiden name.
She recently received a new passport with new marriage name. What should we do to make this name changes in her immigration documents? Is there any form we need to fill and send to USCIS? We tried to change the driver's licence and they told that we need to make this name change fist with immigration.

I guess she needs to get an updated I-797 with the new name on. I don't know exactly what documents they meant in Driver's Licence office.
Don't we need to inform anywhere about this name change?
