Hi,
I have query regarding H1B visa. Currently I am on OPT (stem) as
university student in U.S. My OPT , expires in December. I am applying
to companies for jobs and some companies have shown interest. But
there is no surety that they will be able to file for H1B on my behalf
as the deadline is till April 1st 2010 which is pretty close.
I want to know that can I file for H1B on my own, without sponsored by
a company. This way I can process the paper work faster within 2-3 days.
