Question about an O3 visa.
According to the USCIS, a O3 visa holder is not allowed to work but can engage in full time/part time study. I have a pharmacist degree from a foreign country and need to do an internship for getting a license to practice as a pharmacist here. Is internship considered study? Can a O3 visa holder do an internship on an O3.
