H1B transfer RFE

I am working for Company A and got a new job with Company B. The requirement for B is immediate so they are asking me to join immediately, which means they apply for transfer and get the receipt number and I immediately start working. I am a bit apprehensive to join them without a complete transfer. If I take this up and there is an RFE for the transfer, can I continue to work for them as the RFE is being resovled. How long deoes it typically take to resovle such RFEs.

You can work as soon as yu receive the transfer receipt notice. You can continue to work when an RFE isissued. The problem is only when the transfer gets denied. The response time is 2-3 months by normal process and 15 days by premium.
