Hello Guys.
Recently while entering US my son got his I 94 stamped, as per the Passport expiry date which is earlier than visa date, though his visa (h4) is valid till 2021. he also has his approved I 797 ( received prior to I 94 issued on entry)
Now he got his new Passport.
Is new I 94 is required for him to stay beyond I94 date?
If Yes,
What is the process?, going out of US is not an option and we live in Detroit, MI.
