My DS160 form apparently did not have the updated petition # of my latest I797. Because of which I got the visa stamped from Sep 2019 to Dec 2019, instead of my extended petition which has an expiry date of Jun 2022.
The latest petition was submitted at the time of the interview and the consulate officer checked it. I have emailed [email protected] on Sep 10th and received a case created automated email. It has been 2 days and I haven't received any response.
Did anyone face such an issue? I have to travel back to the US by 21st Sep. The entire purpose of my trip was to get the visa stamped so that I can travel internationally till 2022. What option do I have? Any help will be really appreciated.
