Hi Friends

I have been in the US on a H1 B visa for just under an year. My fiancee is a malaysian citizen currently living in United kingdom. She holds a permanent status (NOT citizen) in the UK. She also holds a valid 10 year multiple entry visa to USA.

After our marriage in India, she ll be coming along with me to the US. my question is - will be she able to apply for H 4 visa FROM INDIA despite being a citizen/resident of another country ?

Yes, she can. However, it is advisable to check with the VFS helpdesk.
