Only 5 months left.....Is it possible for extension?

Hi,

My H1B visa stamping is valid till Sep-2010 and till now I didn't travel to USA.

Now I am planning for the same.

1. Can I go to USA without any project in hand without any problem at POE?
2. What if I have a project in hand and go to USA, can i extend my H1B before Sep-2010?

Advise me with best possible option.

Without project in hand - the problem ratio will be 100%
2. What if I have a project in hand and go to USA, can i extend my H1B before Sep-2010?
If you have project and valid details for that, then you can enter and also get extension of your h1.
