My H1B expired in July 2018 and then I moved back to India in Nov 2018 while my H1B transfer (to the employer I was working for) petition was in progress. I still have 4 years of H1B cap left. what are my options to return to US with a new employer, if my current employer(the one where my H1B transfer was pending) doesn't have a position open for me? Can I just file another H1B transfer petition and travel once approved and stamped?
