Hi,
I was intially on H4 visa with my Ex wife as the primary applicant and got divorced under the indian law. Later i was converted to H1B but the stamping is yet to be done. I also hold I140 with approved status.
Now i am planning to get married in dec this year to an indian, also as i ll be visiting India i planned to go for my H1B stamping and also H4 visa for my wife to bring her along.
Please let us know the concerns we might have to look into here.
> As i have heard that we both cannot attend the stamping together as I needs to get my H1B first with martial status as divorced and later with My H1B approval My wife can apply for H4 with mine as primary applicant
> or is it better if i get my H1B stamping done from canada or mexico with martial status as divorced and later go to india for marriage so that it should be a problem for my wife's H4 processing.
