Hello,
Could someone please advise on my current situation.
I have been to US in 2009 on H4 visa and stayed for 3 years on H4, then I have changed my visa status to H1 in 2012 and again changed my status to H4 in 2014.
We have moved to india in 2018 due to a family emergency and living in india since then as we decided to reside in india permanently. (My husband is on H1 all these years with validity till 2020 & my kids were US born). Now I am planning to apply for B1 visa for a short visit to my brothers place with my kids. Could someone please advise if applying B1 visa would be an issue as I am on multiple visa statuses before.
