Hi experts,

i returned back to india in march 2009 and joined in a company in india . My visa is ended on 30 sep 2009 ( completed 3 years) . now i want to apply for the extension with my old company

my question are

1. Right now iam in india so can i apply fro the xetsion ?
2. I hearded client letter is mandatory,
do i need to have client letter for staming ?
