H1 stamping impact due to Last year's L1-B

Hi All,

I have H1-B stamping in coming future.But my question is last year(2018) my L1-B was not approved in the consulate.

Will this have an impact on my current H1-B process ?

It will probably impact - in my opinion - I think the critical question is why L1-B was not approved? If it is related to your personal information, then it's kinda a problem again. If it is related to that company, then it may not impact.

It was definitely not due to personal information.It was because he was not convinced with the Scope of the Product at that point of time....and its mentioned on the document also."Not Clearly Approved".
