H4 DS160 mistakes during appointment

I completed DS160 form online and took appointment at VFS.

Later I noticed that there are few corrections required to be done

From the search over google, I am thinking of cancelling the current appointment, then do re-filling the form and re-doing all again.

Is this the right approach?

Yes, that would be the correct approach. If the correction is mimimum, then you can get the help of the VFS helpdesk.

Did you contact the VFS helpdesk & got your changes done ?
What kind of changes were those ? Were those minor - like name spelling corrections, address corrctions etc ?
Are the VFS folks accomodating ?
