Hello, I work for a Consulting company. I have my h1 valid till Nov 2020 for Client A. I moved to a different client B on May 2018 and hence my employer filed amendment at that time. Got RFE on Feb 2019, responded RFE by April. Today it got denied. Yet to receive denial notice. My employer would be refiling. My question is, can i continue working for the same client until they do refiling. My I-140 got approved 2 months before. Please advise what are my best options here.
