Hello,
I just had successful H1b stamping in India (although it was 2-3 months 221g wait).
I am back to states now. However, I just got job offer from vendor (EVC model). Considering my current stamping is valid for next 2.5 years, I am not sure whether I should take that offer. As it will be a h1b transfer and if I travel to India, I have to again go thru stamping process (not sure).
So, my question is if I do visa transfer, do I have to go thru visa stamping again? My current visa stamping is valid for next 2.5 years though.
Please advise.
