H1 to Perm Processing

Hi

I am currently working in L1B , but i have 3.5 month left in my previous H1 . Shall i process my PERM using my H1 or do i need to start the PERM through L1b?

Can you please assist

You can file using L1B as you will go through the same process of perm, I-140 & I-485
