Hello,
I applied for H1B visa and got an RFE. I sent a response to my RFE on Aug 29th and Checking my case on casetracker everyday. I also applied for CPT on 11th OCT at my University and got an email from my DSO on 23rd that my SEVIS is terminated due to change of status is approved on OCT-2nd. on OCT 24th my employer sent my denial document which says my I-129 petition for H1B is denied. now both SEVIS and H1B petition are denied. I was looking at my case in case tracker and it hasn't been updated yet! Spoke to SEVIS support and they said my change of status is approved and so SEVIS is terminated by USCIS. I am really confused and No idea what to do now. Please let me know what are my options here.
