Address change in passport

Hi All,

My h1b petition got approved in 2009/10 quota.
am waiting for all the H1B documents from my employer.It will take another 1 to 2 months.
Recently we shifted to new address.
At this movement can i change my passport address or after stamping can i do it?

why because i have to apply for passport for my new born baby(5 months) for that we have to submit my passport copy while applying passport for my baby.

Please give me advise...
