Amendment got approved but still initial case is pending
Hi Everyone,
I applied for H1b(New) in 2019. I was working as a contractor for both Client A and Client B. When I applied for H1b(Initial) I was working with Client A and project got ended in April. In the month of June 2019, I moved to client B. Then I applied for new LCA with Client B in Premium processing. Now the New LCA and petition both got approved and the Initial h1(Client A application) is still pending.
Can anyone let me know what are the chances for approval for Client A application?
I would like to know whether my h1b is valid or not?
