H1 transfer from employer to full-time

Hi, I am currently with an employer and working for a client. My H1 started from October 1st 2019. I want to move full time to the client I am currently working.
questions?

1. How long do I have to stay with the current employer before applying for transfer?
2. For example, if my client is willing to pay 100k per year on full time, what will be my take home including benefits (excluding taxes)?
3. What are the benefits that I will receive on full time?
